REGISTRATION
In order to register, please complete the following:
- Complete and submit the registration form (below)
- On a separate sheet of paper, briefly describe:
- What you believe about God, Jesus the Christ, and the Holy Spirit.
- What you believe about humanity, sin, and salvation.
- What you believe about the church, baptism, communion, and pastoral ministry.
- What you believe about yourself and your interest in being a Licensed Minister.
- OPTIONAL: Family information.
- Submit a LETTER OF ENDORSEMENT for this training from the Official Board (or Leadership Team) of your church (signed by the Chairperson/Team Leader
